accept no responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any statement made by
advertisers, respondents and inmates. The appropriate safeguards should be used
in communicating with any person(s) you may meet through this website. In
responding to an inmate's profile, you agree to hold CONPALS
InmateConnections.com and its owners, employees and agents harmless from all
costs, liabilities, damages and attorney fees, resulting from or caused by
responding to an ad, or as a result of placing an ad, on this website. All ads
which appear here are the exclusive property of CONPALS InmateConnections.com
and may not to be taken from here or reproduced elsewhere.
In choosing to use our site for the purpose of contacting
prisoner(s) please understand that we work for the prisoners who pay us to post
their ads; we do not work for you. While email forwarding is available through
our service and emails received for prisoners may be printed and forwarded to
them at our discretion, we may also for any reason decline to forward email
message(s) and without notification or explanation to the sender(s). Support is
not provided to visitors to this website nor to those who contact, or attempt to
contact, prisoners through this website. Visitors to this website who want to be
certain of having made contact with the prisoner(s) should write them directly
by regular mail.
You agree to respect the wishes and preferences of inmates as stated in their ads. If you are LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender) you agree to review the prisoner's ad first to make sure the prisoner is open to this kind of contact before writing or emailing them. Most ads on this site reveal the prisoner's sexual orientation, who they want to write to (men, women or anyone), and whether they are open to gay/bisexual contact or not.
In choosing to place an ad, understand that you and other
providers of information are the publishers of the information contained herein.
We are not the publishers of such information, we simply provide the space for
the prisoner's ad on the Internet. We recommend you take appropriate safeguards
communicating with the people you meet through our service. For further
information on anyone whose ad appears on this site, contact the penal
institution in which that individual is incarcerated. We recommended you first
obtain a P.O. Box address or other rented mailbox address and use only address
when corresponding. It is recommended you not use, or give out, your street
address when corresponding with any incarcerated person.
In no event will CONPALS InmateConnections.com be
responsible for any incidental, consequential, exemplary or other damage arising
from or relating to the use of these services. Some prisons prohibit inmates
from using our services and placement of a profile on CONPALS
InmateConnections.com may have punitive or legal consequences for the inmate.
Potential pen pals are encouraged to verify information about inmates through
additional sources, whether inmates are incarcerated in United States prisons or
prisons in foreign countries. Correctional facilities can be contacted directly.
"Book marking" or "linking" to a page on this server/site whereby this warning
page is by-passed shall constitute an implicit acceptance of the foregoing terms
of service herein set forth.
