There is no guarantee of responses and no refunds provided. You do not pay for responses; you pay for webpage publication and the opportunity to receive responses. If you send more money than needed, we will not refund the overage; however, you will have credit. If we incur any fees from third parties for bounced checks or payment disputes, your service will be suspended until payment in full has been received in addition to reimbursement by you for any fees incurred. An extra service charge may also be imposed for time spent resolving disputes and removing/reinstating service. Your webpage will be published using the materials originally submitted by you and/or any third parties on your behalf--there is a charge for any subsequent changes barring mistakes on our part or changes of address. If at the time of initial publication we have received more images or words than your payment allows for and in the absence of instructions about which materials to publish, we reserve the right to select which images and/or words to publish and there will be a charge for the publication of the remainder and for any changes you desire. Payment or credit must be used within one calendar year from the date it is received. If there is a discrepancy between the information provided and the information contained in official government sources, including but not limited to, corrections websites, we reserve the right to publish the information contained in the official government sources. It is your responsibility to know the rules and regulations of your facility and to follow them. We will not be held responsible for any damages or harm, disciplinary or otherwise, that you incur as a result of your service with our company. If we find that you are giving or selling your pen pal contacts to other prisoners we will discontinue your service without refund or notice--if you know of another prisoner who wants to receive mail through our service they must purchase their own ad. Any of the following are grounds for early termination of service without notice or refund: 1. Threats or profanities directed towards staff. 2. Harassment, abusiveness, or manipulation of any kind. 3. Publishing false or misleading information. 4. Publishing photos in which you are passing yourself off as someone else. 5. Persistent attempts to receive service without paying for it. We will not publish material that is, or that promotes behavior that is, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, and we reserve the right to determine what constitutes the foregoing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right at any time, for any reason, to edit, remove, or refuse, in whole or in part, without notice and without refund, any material submitted. Material submitted may be used for our sole benefit in our promotion and advertising. CONPALS and INMATE CONNECTIONS are trademarks registered with the USPTO.
